The surgical placement is usually a single appointment. The implant then integrates with the bone over a period of months before the final crown is fitted. We give you the timeline for your specific case at the planning stage.
Usually, because an implant replaces the root and does not require cutting down the healthy teeth either side. A bridge can still be the right answer where bone volume or medical factors rule an implant out.
Most PPO plans contribute toward crowns, bridges and dentures, and some contribute toward implants. We verify your benefits and give you a written estimate showing your expected out-of-pocket cost before treatment starts.
