We accept and file MetLife dental insurance at both our Fort Worth and Haltom City offices. Plans differ considerably from employer to employer, so rather than making promises about percentages, our coordinators verify your specific benefits and give you the real numbers up front.
That means no guessing at the front desk and no surprise balance in the post. You will know what your plan pays, what you owe, and what your options are if there is a gap.
MetLife plan design varies widely between employers, so we check your coverage and availability directly.
Routine exams, cleanings and X-rays — usually the most generously covered category, and the one that saves you the most over time.
Fillings, simple extractions and non-surgical gum treatment, typically covered at a partial percentage once any deductible is met.
Crowns, bridges, dentures and surgical procedures. Generally the lowest coverage percentage, and the most likely to carry a waiting period.
We verify eligibility, remaining maximum and any waiting periods before you sit in the chair, not afterwards.
Most MetLife plans cover routine cleanings and exams well. We schedule to make full use of that before considering anything more involved.
For any treatment beyond a routine visit you get an itemised estimate showing the expected plan payment and your portion.
Bring your MetLife card to your first visit, or call ahead with your member details and we will verify your benefits before you arrive. Either way, you get a written estimate showing what the plan is expected to pay and what you owe.
Unused benefits do not carry over on most plans, so if you have coverage sitting unused, the end of the plan year is a genuinely good reason to book. Call (817) 720-0121 and we will check where you stand.
