We file Delta Dental claims and verify your benefits before treatment, so the number we quote you is the number you pay.
We accept and file Delta Dental dental insurance at both our Fort Worth and Haltom City offices. Plans differ considerably from employer to employer, so rather than making promises about percentages, our coordinators verify your specific benefits and give you the real numbers up front.
That means no guessing at the front desk and no surprise balance in the post. You will know what your plan pays, what you owe, and what your options are if there is a gap.
Delta Dental offers several plan types, and the split between categories varies. We confirm yours specifically.
Routine exams, cleanings and X-rays — usually the most generously covered category, and the one that saves you the most over time.
Fillings, simple extractions and non-surgical gum treatment, typically covered at a partial percentage once any deductible is met.
Crowns, bridges, dentures and surgical procedures. Generally the lowest coverage percentage, and the most likely to carry a waiting period.
Your plan is there to cap your exposure on treatment you did not plan for. We make sure you use it properly rather than leaving benefits on the table.
Delta Dental plans come in individual, family and group forms with different network structures. We will tell you where yours leaves you.
We submit the paperwork, chase the payment and keep you informed. You should not have to project-manage your own insurance claim.
Bring your Delta Dental card to your first visit, or call ahead with your member details and we will verify your benefits before you arrive. Either way, you get a written estimate showing what the plan is expected to pay and what you owe.
Unused benefits do not carry over on most plans, so if you have coverage sitting unused, the end of the plan year is a genuinely good reason to book. Call (817) 720-0121 and we will check where you stand.
